For hygiene and safety reasons, certain jewelry items such as earrings or other intimate accessories may not be eligible for return once opened or worn, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

To start a return request, please provide your order number, photos of the item, and a brief explanation of the issue.

Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

 

Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

Milongbuy reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return conditions.
